- You can also call/fax/mail in to request a paper copy of the catalog!
- We accept checks, money orders, bank draft or international money orders in US Funds made payable to ROIR.
- We also accept MasterCard and Visa but please note there is a $25.00 minimum order.
- Please clearly mark item quantities, colors and sizes.
- An 8.375 % sales tax is applied to all orders from New York State.
How to Change Your Order
- Email catalog@roir-usa.com ASAP! If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can make the changes. If it has already been shipped, unfortunately we cannot change any part of your order. You will have to make an exchange.
Payment
- Our web store is powered by PayPal.
- We accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Amex & Discover (online only - if you wanna mail order by any other means, we only accept MasterCard and Visa and there is a $25.00 minimum).
- You can also pay in US funds by check, money order, bank draft or international money order made payable to ROIR.

Shipping rates within the US:
$7 for orders up to $100
FREE for orders over $100
International customers please email catalog@roir-usa.com for shipping rates!
- We ship mail orders on Thursdays using UPS & USPS.
International Customers
- We do ship internationally but payment must be in US funds.
Shipping to Canada/Mexico:
$8 for the first item
$3 for each additional 7", CD or cassette
$5 for each additional shirt or LP
Shipping to Rest of the World:
$13 for the first item
$3 for each additional 7", CD or cassette
$5 for each additional shirt or LP
- Send money via PayPal for your shipping payment to catalog@roir-usa.com and include the note, "Shipping for order from [your email address]"

Return Policy
- We only accept returns on damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped items. We will resend you your order. We do not give credit or refunds.
- If you have damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please contact us by email within 15 days of day of shipment.
- Please include in your email:
- Your name
- Your address
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- What you ordered
- Reason for return
- If your return is approved, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number. Please keep this number.
- Original shipping & handling fees cannot be returned. You will be issued store credit for return shipping costs.
- Pack your items in a sturdy package. Enclose a copy of the original invoice with your Return Authorization Number written clearly on it. Also mark the outside of your package with the Return Authorization Number.

Exchange Policy
- We can only exchange unopened items. You must contact us by email within 15 days of day of shipment.
- Please include in your email:
- Your name
- Your address
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- What you orginally ordered
- What you want to exchange it for
- If your exchange is approved, we will issue you a Exchange Authorization Number. Please keep this number.
- Original shipping & handling fees cannot be returned. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- Pack your items in a sturdy package. Enclose a copy of the original invoice with your Exchange Authorization Number written clearly on it. Also mark the outside of your package with the Exchange Authorization Number.
